Optio Product Family Support

Are you still using pre-printed forms? The Optio product suite, OptioDCS, OptioFax and OptioReprint allow you to replace all your pre-printed forms that you are currently using with professional looking laser forms.  The power of these products enables you to print multiple copies of any form to multiple network printers all at the same time, you can even route documents via email.

ClearPath Consulting Corporation offers a variety of services for custom designed forms.

1.      Custom designed forms to your specifications.

2.      Standard baseline package of eleven forms.  The forms included in this package are: AP Check, Invoice, Mfg Picklist, PO, PO Shipper, RMA, RMA Shipper, Sales Order Acknowledgement, Sales Order Shipper, Quotation, and Statement.  Bill of Lading can be substituted for MFG Picklist.

3.      Custom on-site training.  Want to develop Optio forms yourself?   We offer custom training classes designed specifically to fit your needs.  The class covers all aspects of form design, application integration, and system management and administration.

4.      Custom programming services.  If additional fields are required on your forms that are not output in the baseline product, we can provide programming services to output your required fields.

ClearPath Consulting Corporation also offers an additional module for Optio Fax called Document Fax\Email Interface (DFI).  This module allows you to fax forms from DataFlo or ManFact with a customized cover letter that includes a memo area for notes to the recipient.  The base module allows you to fax invoices, sales order acknowledgements, and purchase orders.   Additional forms, such as the SO shipper, statements, rma, and quotes are available on request.
